DESCRIPTION:

160mg / 50mg per 1g Cream
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY/ANTI-PRURITIC

FORMULATION:

Each gram of cream contains:
Zinc Oxide …………………………………….. 160 mg
Calamine .…………………………………..…. 50 mg

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Lanolin, Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, Glycerine, Steareth 21,
Steareth 2, Mineral Oil Light, Menthol, Sodium Carbonate,
Phenol, Lavander Oil, Dichloro Benzyl Alcohol, Thymol.

DIRECTIONS:

Cleanse skin, pat dry and apply a thin layer to affected skin two to
four times daily to promote comfort and long lasting protection.

ADR REPORTING STATEMENT:

“For suspected adverse drug reaction, report to the
FDA: www.fda.gov.ph”. Seek medical attention immediately at the
first sign of any adverse drug reaction.

PRECAUTIONS:

Not for deep or punctured wounds. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep
out of children’s reach. In case of accidental ingestion contact a
physician or poison control center immediately. If condition worsens
or does not improve within 7 days consult your doctor.

STORAGE CONDITION:

Store and transport not above 30°C.
